# Score Reporting

Describes the process of score reporting for the Adult Care - Medication Aide Examination in North Carolina

Exam Results

-   You will receive an email notification from the Credentia Platform when a new Score Report has been posted to your account.
-   To access your Score Report, log in to your Credentia Platform account.
-   Credentia will post your official test results within a few hours after the testing event is completed for the day.
-   Score Reports will be available online for you to print or download.
    -   *Test results will not be given over the phone.* 
    -   *Test results cannot be sent to your employer by Credentia.*

### Troubleshooting

-   If you are unable to view your score report in the Credentia Platform after 24 hours, please contact Credentia at 888-204-6249 for assistance.
