Initial Listing

-   After passing the examination, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your name to appear on the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry for Adult Care Facilities.
-   Go to [mats.ncdhhs.gov](https://mats.ncdhhs.gov/) to view your registry listing.

-   You are responsible for keeping your current address and legal name up to date in the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry for Adult Care Facilities.
-   Failure to update your information may jeopardize your listing status.
