Hours of Operation (Eastern Standard Time):

Create or Log into Your Credentia Platform Account to:

• Change your current address or phone number
• Update your legal name, date of birth, or social security number
• Submit an Testing Application
• Check the status of your Testing Application
• Find test sites and availability
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel an examination
• View examination details (type, time, date, and location)
• View Score Report
• Submit and review a Grievance Application for a completed examination
• Submit an Excused Absence Application

Contact Customer Service When:

• A problem occurs while creating your Credentia Platform account
• You did not receive the activation link
• A problem occurs when applying a voucher code
• A problem occurs with the Testing Application
• You receive an error message when scheduling an examination
• The Score Report is not viewable in the Credentia Platform after 24 hours
